On behalf of our client Estee Lauder, a leader in the cosmetics industry, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as
MAKE-UP-ARTIST | MAC PRODUCTS AMBASSADOR
You can choose to work in Tallinn, Tartu or Narva.
Your Daily Duties:
Customer Service & Sales:
Provide welcoming, professional service to all customers in line with MAC philosophy. Share Your passion and MACs DNA with potential consumers.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and suggest suitable MAC products. Perform product demonstrations (make-up).
Monitor product shelf layout and displays, and promotional materials.
Inform customers about M·A·C programs, values and philosophies.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Inventory Management:
Stock and organize counter supplies and inventory.
Restock products in showcases and cabinets.
Complete projects related to product expiration dates, batch codes, and inventory.
What do we expect?
Passion for makeup: company will provide training in specific MAC makeup techniques.
Retail experience is nice to have but not a must; cosmetic experience is a plus.
Fluent in Estonian, communicative English and basic knowledge of Russian required.
Excellent communication and organizational talents.
