As a Business Development Manager, you will be the first member of our Estonia division, someone who embraces challenges and is ready to tackle them head-on.

Your focus will be on Business Intelligence & Analytics services, driving market research, client acquisition, fostering relationships, and collaborating with technical teams. It's not just about achieving short-term sales targets; it's about building a solid foundation for sustainable growth and leadership.

This position offers an opportunity to transition into the role of Country Manager which involves broadening skills to encompass general management and strategic leadership across functions. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to build your own team. Ready to accept the challenge?

Our expectations 👀

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role

  • Passion for data/BI/analytics

  • Previous sales experience in a service-based company

  • Resilient and can-do attitude

  • Fluency in both English and Estonian

  • Embrace challenges with the ambition to become a Country Manager
