About the role

Our client is looking for a professional with a background in security, police, military, or facility security. Ability to work in an international team and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and process messages sent to the security unit;

  • Organise meetings and liaise with other business areas to collect and address inputs for the security policy framework;

  • Contribute to the drafting of Business Cases for information security related projects, and perform specific activities regarding the implementation of such projects;

  • Support the drafting of tender specifications (design, assess, and support administratively the implementation of the physical security systems);

  • Provide support during security incident analysis or risk assessments;

  • Monitor and report on the way the security guards are fulfilling their specific responsibilities;

  • Prepare documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations, etc.;

  • Coordinate the flow of work in liaison with staff members from the Security unit and/or other departments and perform other security-related duties;

  • Plan and execute objectives as set by the Security unit in the Security Strategy, in the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), in the security policies and procedures, the security plans, the business continuity plans, and the disaster recovery plans;

  • Perform any other administrative and security-related tasks.

Key qualifications

  • Higher education attested by a

    diploma;

  • 3+ years of proven professional experience;

  • Knowledge of managing access control systems, video surveillance systems, and other security and/or safety systems is considered an asset;

  • Ability to communicate and write in English as this will be your main working language. Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset;

  • You are an EU citizen with a clean criminal record.
