Join us as an Intern in Baltic Regulatory Affairs team, being part of Central Eastern European cluster!

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in a global pharma company!

Your main tasks will be:

  • Label checks using Quality Review of Documents (QRD) BOT: running the BOT (Baltic)

    implementing changes to QRD (Baltic)

  • Labelling quality checks:

    QRDs, artwork components (Estonia)

    MS Team Forms creation for the label quality check (Baltic)

  • Creation of master documents, relationships in the regulatory system (Baltic)

  • Promotional material checks - formatting, proof reading etc (Estonia)

  • Help with SOPs renewals (Baltics)

  • Other administrative support for Regulatory function (Baltic)

Required qualifications:

  • fluent in English and Estonian languages

  • great computer skills (MS Office)

  • student in life science (pharmacy, genetics)

  • willingness to work for an international pharma company

  • quick learner

Company offers:

  • full time internship for 6 months, starting in June 2024 (preferably)

  • 3 days in the Tallinn office + 2 days remotely

  • salary 820 eur gross
