You will create value by pro-actively building relations with DeLaval customers and providing high-level service. You hold the highest standards of service and are keen on proposing new efficient solutions.

Your key responsibilites:

  • Be the first contact for our customers, address and resolve questions and issues as needed or

    distribute customer requests to team members

  • Cooperate with production facilities and distribution centers

  • Coordinate the delivery situation and progress between supply chain, sales and customers

  • Be the local contact for invoices and finance questions, ensure excellence in order entry, manage open orders, and ensure timely billing

  • Provide feedback on incomplete or non-compliant information

  • Monitor accounts, maintain reports, apply credits and collections, clear discrepancies, and post transactions.

  • Coordinate complex activities at large projects and investments, s

    upport the department manager in key projects

  • Perform additional tasks related to CRM, inventory management, etc.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service

  • General knowledge of Accounts Receivable

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • Great communication skills

  • Excellent Estonian and good English language skills

  • Higher education (preferred)
