Your Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand the customer base in Estonia, Latvia and Finland.

  • Maximize opportunities with existing accounts by promoting the full product portfolio.

  • Provide consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

  • Plan and conduct product and software training for clients.

  • Manage opportunities independently, ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager about sales targets.

  • Represent the company at customer meetings.

What You Bring

  • Strong background of B2B sales experience, preferably with premium products.

  • Fluency in English, additional languages are beneficial.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload and independently meet KPIs.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
