We are expanding Customer Delivery department in Cloud Delivery where you will thrive for new technology to help our customers achieve their goals. You will participate in projects and larger upgrades for our new and exsisting customers in designing, configuring, and implementing network solutions.
We have a well-defined work cycle in which you will take over projects from our Customer Onboarding department, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and solution architects to produce quality solutions, and then pass over maintenance to Operations teams.
We appreciate open-minded individuals who are eager to learn and solve problems. However, some skills will help you succeed:
Troubleshooting LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall
Network Performance Monitoring
802.1x client authentication – wired/wireless
Cisco routing and switching
Cisco VPN technology
Cisco ISE / Prime / WLC
Debugging and troubleshooting
We will give you extra points if you are familiar with:
Scripting, Big-IP F5, Splunk, Rapid7, Defender, Zabbix, Cacti, Azure, ITIL or similar.
CCNA, CCNP or other relevant certifications.
